Rules

The B&B facility and rooms are reserved for the kind non-smoking guests: therefore, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the rooms and within the entire facility.

It is necessary, at booking time, to agree on the time of arrival and/or communicate any changes, as the B&B Reception is not open h24.

Guests are required to hand over a valid identification document to the owners at the time of arrival, as per legal regulations. People without a valid personal document will not be accepted.

Our guests’ data will be processed in accordance with current privacy regulations.

Check-in is from 13:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m; if the room is not ready, it is possible to leave your luggage with us.

There is no check-in service between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

It is possible to check-in for free, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. by agreeing the time with the Management at the number +39 333 3805105.

Check-in between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. carries a surcharge.

It is not possible to check-in after 7:00 p.m.

People in excess to the number set in the reservation are not allowed to be accommodated unless previously agreed upon.

On the day of Departure, the room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. to allow the premises to be cleaned.

Before checking out, check that you have not left any item in the strongbox.

The badge/electronic card must also be returned.

Late delivery of the room will result in an additional night charge.

Luggage can be left in custody until 1:00 p.m. without additional charge.

For scheduled departure before 8:00 a.m. please notify the management on the day before.

Inside the common entrance room, staircase, and inside the B&B facility, it is recommended to avoid activities or use of equipment that may cause disturbance to the staying guests and the other condominium residents, at all times.

Please maintain a respectful behavior such that you do not disturb the tranquility of others throughout the day.

In addition, a respectful silence must be observed from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

It is prohibited for people who are not staying in our B&B to access the facility.

Guests cannot receive visits from relatives, friends, etc. unless agreed with the Management.

Each guest of the B&B is required to compensate for any damage done to furniture, decor, objects, equipment and/or for the misuse of complementary equipment; damages will be assessed by the B&B owners for reimbursement.

It is forbidden to bring any item found inside the B&B outside the facility.

Please avoid unnecessary waste of water and keep all the spaces clean and tidy.

Do not flush diapers, paper, or bulky materials capable to clog the drain. Any cost for restoring the drain will be charged to the customer.

Please use the appropriate toilet bags and the bins in the room and bathroom.

Pets are not allowed in the facility.

The rooms are all equipped with strongboxes, the B&B is not responsible in any way for your belongings left unattended in the room or common areas.

Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.. We kindly ask our guests to vacate the rooms by 10:00 a.m., otherwise cleaning will be carried out on the following day.

Reservation requests can be made by email, providing your personal details, arrival date and time, departure date, telephone and email address for any communication.

Reservation will be deemed confirmed by payment of a deposit equal to the cost of one night, and after receiving our confirmation email.

Upon receiving the deposit payment, confirmation of the reservation will be communicated.

Cancellation is free until 11:59 p.m. on the date six days before the arrival date (e.g. if your arrival is on August 10, cancellation is free until 11:59 p.m. of August 3).

Refund of 50% of the deposit until 11:59 p.m. on the 2nd day before the day of arrival.

Beyond that date, the full price of the room will be transfered.

The balance of the room is due the day before departure.
We accept payment by cash, debit or credit card.

Accepted Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.

American Express, Travel Cheque and Checks are not accepted.
